Join our wonderful music teacher Phyllis Savage and our On Track hosts Will and Caden for our annual Teddy Bear program in honor of A.A.Milne’s Birthday this month! Make a bear mask in the Treehouse Art Garden and then meet the Treehouse teddy bear to sings songs together! Guests are encouraged to bring their favorite teddy bears to the event. On Track to Reading is a school readiness program just for preschoolers and their grown-ups. You can also join us for "Baby Talk with Baby Bear" for ages birth to 2 and their adults. Haylee and Juniper (a mother and baby team) will share finger plays, rhymes, board books, and more just for the very smallest of our On Track participants. "Baby Talk" will start at 10:30 and last just 20 minutes in the One World Village.

6:00 PM to 7:30 PM Ticketed Event
It’s the first Learning Lab of 2024 with students and faculty from the Medical Laboratory Science Department at Weber State University here to help children and grownups learn about the work done by Lab Techs and Medical professionals. And it's all for free! Be part of a fun ParticiPlay in the Storybook Theater, play Pin the “Tail” on the Microbe, make your own lung model, create Petri Dish art, learn about defending against germs and bacteria, and much more. Please note you must reserve your free tickets in advance for this event.

10:00 AM to 4:30 PM Special Program
Throughout the day we’ll be paying tribute to Winter Sports with Treehouse visitors. Guest will be able to try games we’re calling “Air Curling,” “Powerband Hockey Face-off,” and a special Treehouse counting version of ”Yukigassen” - the professional snowball fighting competition from Japan. In the Museum’s Art Garden we’ll be produce art in homage to downhill skiing and in the Treehouse Theater at 11 a.m. and again at 3 p.m. we’ll be telling a new musical story entitled “Hey There, Grumpy Bear” with collaboration from visiting families!  |

How Many?” game during song and story time and create some personal hand shaped art with a project we’re calling “Counting Fingers” in the Art Garden! On Track to Reading is a school readiness program just for preschoolers and their grown-ups. You can also join us for "Baby Talk with Baby Bear" for ages birth to under 3 and their adults. Haylee and Juniper (a mother and baby team) will share finger plays, rhymes, board books, and more just for the very smallest of our On Track participants. "Baby Talk" will start at 10:30 and last just 20 minutes in the One World Village.
