New: A Farm House & Train Car!

Coming Soon!

A House For Grandma

Treehouse is building a new house for Grandma Sofie, our giant storytelling grandmother with a lap big enough for a whole family to sit on. We’re making her a fun Victorian Farmhouse over by the Big Red Barn. The house will have a child-size kitchen and parlor and even a covered front porch. Grandma’s House should be finished very soon. Here's a preview image of the porch of Grandma's House:

On Track for Train Additions

Treehouse staff are also on track with the planning and building of a passenger car to add to our Jupiter Locomotive. We’ll have it done by Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 6 p.m. in time for a “Family Locomotive Celebration” in honor of the 150th anniversary of the driving of the golden spike that officially joined the transcontinental tracks at Promontory Summit, Utah. The Party we’ve planned for children and families will include opening the new train car, a visit by Caldecott Award-winning author Brian Floca, author of “Locomotive” and many other children’s books, train-themed games, refreshments, and much more. We'll also be celebrating with train-themed activities on May 10 and 11 in a Children's Golden Spike Celebration. Watch for details.

Tickets will be free to members and available at the first part of April for this train-rific party!
