Membership Application

Attention: We've made a change to the way Treehouse Memberships are processed.
From now on membership cards will NOT be mailed once they are processed. New members should allow two weeks for processing, but then you can pick them up on your next visit to the Museum. We will hold them at the Welcome Desk.

Check Upgrade if you need to add one or more children to your membership but don't want to wait till your regular time to renew. Your membership expiration date will be prorated.
Example: You have a Level I membership for Billy who is 3, but you need to add Mary who just became an established walking. Billy still has 6 months until his membership expires, but Mary will have 12 months since she was just added. In order to make things easier, we'll average this out and give both children 9 months before their memberships expire.

For Renewal or Upgrade, enter the last name and member number on any of your current member cards and click UPDATE.
